I was walking along Congress St. during the September First Friday and I saw Ellie's pottery. I was drawn to her color choices and design, the texture...I ended up just getting a travel coffee mug that fits nicely in my car holder and which had a top the covered maybe an eighth of the cup with a sliver opening to allow me to drink my coffee during my commute without spilling. I am drinking my coffee in style on the way to work! The care, precision, and design devoted to this utilitarian piece is what I look for...

I have a few pieces from Ellie and was delighted to see she had a booth at a recent arts festival in Brunswick. I left with two new beautiful pairs of earrings.
