Yes, everything is dishwasher and microwave safe and made with lead-free glazes.

If you want to be extra gentle with your pieces, hand washing will help them last even longer. That said, I personally use the dishwasher all the time because it makes life easier.
A little care goes a long way.

Try to avoid lotions, and perfumes when possible, and store your pieces in a dry place when you are not wearing them. A soft cloth is perfect for occasional polishing.

For a deeper clean, sterling silver responds well to a polishing cloth or gentle cleaner, and brass can be refreshed with something simple like lemon juice and baking soda.

Over time, your jewelry may shift slightly in tone, which is a natural part of the material and something many people come to love.
Brass is a blend of copper and zinc with a warm, golden tone.

I love it because it feels earthy and grounded, and gives you that golden look without the price of solid gold. It can develop an antique patina over time, or you can polish it to bring back its shine.
Sterling silver is made from 92.5 percent pure silver, which makes it both beautiful and strong enough for everyday wear.

It may darken slightly over time, but it is very easy to clean with a sunshine polishing cloth to bring back to its original brightness. These can be purchased online.
Gold-filled metal has a thick layer of real gold bonded to a base metal.

It holds up much better than standard plating and is something I choose because it feels likee a good balance between quality and affordability.
I carve each design in wax and then send it to be cast by a professional caster.

They use recycled sterling silver and fair-mined gold, which allows me to create each piece with more intention and care for the materials.
Everything is made in small batches by me, so timing can vary a bit.

If your piece is ready to ship, it usually goes out within 2 to 5 business days. Made-to-order pieces can take up to 8 weeks.

If you are on a timeline, feel free to reach out. I am always happy to let you know what is possible.
Most likely not, though it does happen occasionally.

Each piece is made by hand, so there will always be slight differences. That is part of what makes your piece truly yours.
If something does not feel right, you can return your order within 14 days.

Items need to be in their original condition, and return shipping is the responsibility of the buyer.

This is very rare, but if something seems off with your delivery, I am happy to help you look into it.

If a package is officially lost, USPS handles the claim process, and I will absolutely support you along the way.
I am not able to offer studio pickup at this time.

BUT you can choose market pickup at checkout and pick up your order at an upcoming market. Just reach out with your order number and which market you plan to attend.

Sterling silver is usually well tolerated by most people with sensitive skin.

Brass can affect some people depending on skin chemistry, especially with moisture.

I can also swap in hypoallergenic titanium ear wires for most earrings for a small fee if that would feel better for you.
Jewelry orders come beautifully wrapped with a fern and a gold wax seal.

Pottery is usually packaged using reused or recycled materials.

If your pottery order is a gift and you would like it wrapped in a more special way, just leave a note at checkout and I will do my best to make it pretty.
I am quite selective with custom work because i value working with inspiration, so I only take it on occasionally when it feels aligned with my aesthetic.
