Each travel mug is thrown by hand using a beautiful neutral speckled stoneware clay, then finished in a soft matte white glaze that lets the character of the clay come through. I tested over 70 glazes across eight different clay bodies to find the combination that felt just right—balanced and beautiful. This one won.
The shape is comfortable in the hand and designed with daily life in mind. The opening works well for most straws and is sized to make sipping easy without sacrificing that classic “mustache saver” feel. I’ve made it slim enough to fit in most car cup holders—though I can’t test every single one ever made!
