Wholesale Terms and Conditions

Eligibility and Approval

1. Pre-Approved Customers: Wholesale purchases are available only to pre-approved customers. Please fill out the application form above to apply for wholesale. 

Minimum Order and Discount

1. Minimum Order Requirement: The minimum order amount for wholesale purchases is $400.
2. Discount: Pre-approved wholesale customers are eligible for a 50% discount on all items.
3. Discount Code: Approved customers must sign in to their account on our website and use the provided discount code at checkout to receive the wholesale discount.

Order Placement

1. Orders: Orders can be placed through the Ellie Begin Jewelry website, by emailing elliebegin@gmail.com, or by calling (207) 248-7535
2. Website Account Login: Ensure you are logged into your approved wholesale account to apply the discount code.

Payment Terms

1. Payment Methods: We accept check, major credit cards, and PayPal for wholesale orders.
2. Payment Due: Full payment is required at the time of order placement.

Shipping

1. Shipping Fees: Shipping is a flat rate of $5 for all wholesale orders. 
2. Shipping Method: Orders will be shipped via USPS Ground unless otherwise specified.
3. Shipping Time: Please allow 2-8 weeks for order processing and delivery. Exact times may vary based on location and order size.

Returns and Exchanges

1. No Returns: We do not accept returns on wholesale items.
2. Damaged Goods: If any items are received damaged, please notify us within 7 days of receipt with photographic evidence. We will arrange for a replacement or credit for the damaged items. 

Product Availability

Stock Levels: All items are subject to availability. We reserve the right to cancel any order if the item is out of stock or discontinued.

Pricing and Discounts

1. Price Changes: Prices are subject to change without prior notice. The current price at the time of order placement will apply.
2. Discount Code Misuse: Misuse of discount codes or any attempts to circumvent the wholesale terms will result in termination of wholesale privileges.

Intellectual Property

Brand Representation: All marketing materials and images of Ellie Begin Jewelry products must be used in accordance with our brand guidelines. Unauthorized use or alteration of our intellectual property is prohibited.

Resale Compliance: Wholesale customers are responsible for adhering to all applicable laws and regulations regarding the resale of Ellie Begin Jewelry products.
